Maintaining Promises
Within the stipulated time, our company will provide maintaining service for the sold LanTon series of products. After it expires, the company will charge appropriate maintenance costs and replacement parts costs according to the standard. Specific term of maintenance is as follows:
> Term of maintenance: 12 months;
> If there is any problems on quality (and) in the warranty period, you can enjoy after-sale maintaining service free (the warranty includes hardware maintenance and software upgrades).
> The starting time of the warranty period is from the date of start to the ultimate customers buying invoices or copies of invoices (please instruct the product type) and the maintenance card as a warrant.

Exempting the maiantenance obligation
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and avoid unnecessary losses, and our company does not untake obligations, please choose the paid services for the following reasons for the malfucntion or the abnormal or the damaged of LanTon series products:
> Any damages caused by any unauthorized to take off the equipments to change, expand, or equip with hardware, use components not belonging to our company, connect improper use of peripherals or barbaricly operate the machine.
> Any irresistible machine damage caused by fires, floods, lightning, earthquakes or other force majeures, and the use in non-product requirements' work environment (for instance the temperature is too high, too low, too wet or dry)
> Due to improper maintenance (such as water, impact, etc.) causing machine failure.

Outside the warranty period of service
Beyond the warranty period of service after each after-sale service, we will charge maintenance costs, replacement parts costs and upgrade costs in accordance with certain standards . After the after-sale service ends, users should confirm the signature, and finish the after-sale service.
